		<description>Well put. In my experience in the medical device industry, too many companies rely on engineering to take care of risk management. In a previous company, we had a project meeting and were then going to do some work on a hazard analysis and FMEA. The marketing guy said &quot;I guess you don&#039;t need me for this engineering stuff.&quot; I corrected him. Another trend I see all too often is risk management = FMEA.</description>
